Have you ever, with DP, started a new game without deleting the previous one, to see how for you could get without saving? I have... I beat Roark without saving! I'm about to do it again! :D

I haven't done that with DP, but back in my youthful days with my Red version and then later either my silver, Gold or Crystal version i do beleive i did it a few times...probably ended up saving a couple of said times to XD

No, but I did it with Fire Red. (I got to the second gym, then my batteries died. >.<)

I've done this and got past Volkner before i got bored, lucky i got bored too some little kids next door came and noticed it and noticed the power button, so i was happy and sad =0

Nah.I don't want to even RISK with the most itty-bitty chance that my game could get messed up.
It does sound fun,though.I did this with Sapphire.

Voted for "No that's just crazy" though I don't really think it's crazy. I wouldn't want to actually do that though. I play my DS games on an R4 though so if I wanted to I'd just make a new file and play that one, since I can just make more than one save.

I already played through both Diamond and Pearl, and I think that was enough for a long time.

Well, I didn't do it on D/P, but I did on my Saphire once. I was on an eight-hour car ride somewhere and played the whole time. I got so far that, in the end, I finally saved. I didn't have anything that great on my old file at the time, anyway. I think I made it to the seventh gym or so.

However, many years ago on my Red version, I did the same thing and mindlessly saved in front of the first gym. I had mastered the Missingno glitch too, and had a bunch of Lv. 100 Pokes and so forth! I was so mad at myself, I almost broke my Gameboy banging it against my head. ^_^;

Yes, you have a 0% chance of your game stuffing up. It won't let you save the file so, no, that's not really an excuse.

BOT:I voted yes, made it to Sandgem Town before I thought about how I could EV train instead of do these boring things.

Oh! My cousin and I had a contest one time! We tried to stay up all night and see who could get farthest without saving. That was on Sapphite/Ruby though, so I haven't done it in Diamond/Pearl.

You might, but DP has a system so you have to delete the previous save file before you can save your new one, pretty good idea in my opinion...
