As long as you're a tier 4+ supporter, then yes, you can. :)

I need the exact name with the exact characters you want used in your name. That is, you'll need to put down the exact japanese characters you actually want used in your name.

(And if you have problems with japanese characters, then you might not want a name with those in them, because that's what you'll need to input whenever you log in - whether by typing, or copy/pasting, or whatever)
