    • More fun.
    • More casual.
    • More friendly.
    • More colourful.
    • Better structure.
    • Better moderation (and I'm not just being a sycophant/kiss-ass here!).
    • Best peeps are on Pokecommunity!
    • The unofficial capital of the ROM hacking and fangame development world.
    • Serebii tends to be more geared towards competitive battling than Pokecommunity. Some people like Smoddy. I like it but I'm not very good at it at all!

    I thought it would be funny because of the irony of polling a what is the better forum thread actually on one of the forums from the poll and it is a fair question worthy of duscussion.

    Both forums have different features to offer, and it's driven to inform fans of the latest updates. There's nothing more to say.

    Vendak-Then the discussion comes from people stating their opinions
    Skamory-woah woah no need to get offenced man. Is this blasphamy to PC? And i put in OTHER CHAT so it's in the correct thread. Just dislike of a topic is no reason for it to be locked...but i appreciate ur opinion (can i have a link to the rule stating u cant talk about no discussion about other forums. Im not being a smart A** its just if there is a rule im not aware of i would like to be informed)

    I was an active member at Serebii for three years, and I've been a member here for almost five, so I believe that I can probably make a pretty good unbiased comparison.

    1. CSS in Signatures
    2. Ability to Select your own avatars
    3. We talk about more than just Pokemon...
    4. Administration loves to speak with everyone, and IMO actually tries to be involved in the community.
    5. Uber Themes
    Cons
    1. Downtimes often (hopefully recent changes will fix this :X)

    1. At SPPF (at least when I was there) the Clubs section was VERY active.
    2. More mature people (again, at least when I was there)

    Hmm... you do have a bit of point. Maybe this would be better suited to Other Voting Polls.Also, if you have a Serebii account, why not try starting this poll there? It would be interesting...

    The Cynic- Yeah that would be intresting i should! Itll show how much biased effects the outcome of a poll.
    Dark_Aero-Sorry you don't get the point of the tread. and I actually was curious as to what were the pros and cons to two big Pokemon Forum Sites.
    Also Vendak said its all a matter of opinion but as Virtual Chatot showed is that there are actual facts and features that can be compared. So no its not all opinion.

    Going to go with Serebii, I have a bunch of warm memories from that forum as a kid. I've been on PC since I was a kid (I have an old account, this one is much more new) and both have there share of problems. But I never got a warm cuddly feeling from PC, more people at Serebii just talked to me and they all wanted to be friends. At least that's what is was like when I was young :3.

    How am I Advertising?? Please tell me. This is a Poll Asking what is better. Nowhere am i saying Serebii is better or you should join serebii i have equally put up both for discussion. And i also find ur need to moderate amusing

    I DO get the point of the tread. I just think it's stupid you had to make a WHOLE thread in the wrong section to find out pros and cons of both forums.

    Ha! I do that all the time! Only in Other Chat though and only when Chibi-Chan is offline. I still havn't worked out if she gets bugged by it at all!
