Well there seems to be some error with the stats or the iv's of your shiny ev'd heracross and vaporeon. If it turns out it's just typos, then I'll trade for those two.

Im going by the IV's i was told, im not 100 percent surethey're accurate as i havent checked all of them, seeing as i have well over 200 EV'd/IV'd pokemon in total. Im going to use the EV/Ivs check on my AR though to check them when i get the code.

Also, what errors/typos did you find?

Well I believe that the speed(?) is impossible for the vaporeon with that ev spread and the special defense is off for the heracross
