You did quite a good job. I don't mind how you drew Leon (World King), but... the only thing I kinda mind is him smiling. He's a cold-hearted soul, so he should've had a similar facial expression. But the rest... you did a pretty good job. And yes, indeed Lugia is my favorite all-time Pokémon. (BTW, the Lugia in my avatar is Leon's Partner, "Twilight"). Now your next challenge is to draw Twilight in his two-sided self (See my signature's banner for reference).
