As colcol said, this doesn't really warrent its own thread. Though you could give a few more details- what ROM you're using, whether the arrows appear indoors, outdoors or both.
On the assumption that you're using Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, and that you're using the flowery-ground tile, you''ll need to change the Behaviour Byte of the tile, in Advance Map. To do that, you click on the icon that looks like a puzzle piece. You then pick the tile that shows arrows when you step on it, and change it's Behaviour Byte to "00".
All of that is assuming you're using R/S/E and so on. If not, you should post your problem in the Simple Questions Thread. :)
