    Sorry to bump this convo but there is a way for Mew to obey.

    It does require Hex editing. Will just need to change one pointer

    There's no way unfortunately, because in FireRed wild Mew's are programmed to never obey (just another silly Gamefreak anti-cheat measure). Sorry ~
