They look nice , although they can look better. Have you erased some rough edges? Did you change the colors of some little parts? Even little parts that aren't perfected can make your fusion look bad.
Also, shading is really important. The tip is to notice the colors of the two Pokemon you're fusing. For example, my 'Mewakazam'. The purple spots on the leg & hand were originally brown from Alakazam. Then, I noticed Mewtwo's purple areas & sorted out the lightest to the darkest shades of the purple. Then, I used the colors that would match the lighter & darker colors of Alakazam's brown spots & recolored them to purple.
See, you gotta remember this proverb whenever you make fusions, practice makes perfect. I remember the time I first started to fuse Pokemon. Man, they were terrible. Now, I'm kinda good at this stuff.
