Of course I know the rules.I could have infracted you for mini-modding. So consider the deletion of the post a first warning, next time it would be a physical warning or an infraction. That's how things work. Posting a vm and deleting a post have the same outcome, but more people would see your post undeleted and assume that such posts can be made. There's more than one way to get across a rule-breaking. As a member of staff I am obligated to delete posts in which break the rules.
I'm not trying to tell you you're wrong, but I cannot vm every member when they break a rule. I prefer to keep things professional as opposed to personal at times. I find the last part of your visitor message to be quite an unnecessary statement. If you have an issue with me deleting a post where you mini-modded, you don't really have a leg to stand on as they're the rules. I am sorry that you feel hard done by, I am really not here to upset you or anything like that.
As you said, it was just a moment where you forgot to report, I could have warned or infracted you, but I chose to delete your post instead. If you have any questions about how things work officially, feel free to ask, otherwise I hope this clears things up for you and that you enjoy posting in the forums.
