For the emulator, just google "no$gba" - That's the best DS emulator there is, just make sure you get the latest version. For the platinum rom, I don't really remember where I got it, but that's not too hard to find, either, you just google it.
You do have to correct some settings under "Emulation Setup", though. I took a snapshot for you, cos' I didn't want to write it all down - Just make sure you have these settings:

on the games area you said you didnt know what an uber is. heres what an uber is:
Uber pokemon are pokemon too strong for standard play.
Pretty much the overpowered pokemon.
Basically Pokemon whos base stats are way over the norm.
Like Mew with certain move sets will make it godly..

The humans wouldn't refer to them as sypathisers because, well, they're being sympathised. They would likely refer to it along the lines of abolitionist. And just the same, the rebel's wouldn't likely refer to them as abolitionist

Yeah, pretty much. Like I said, you will start becoming more independent within the scenes and they will be much longer. The first scene was just getting the people into the RP.
