If you want a Timid Eevee, breed your Eeveelution with a Timid Ditto holding an Everstone. That way you have a 50% chance of the egg being a Timid Eevee.

Or, you could use the nature checking glitch, which allows you to check the nature of the pokemon inside the egg.

Lickilicky is a bad Pokemon to use for competitive play.

You'd want a Metagross lead set with;

Adamant Nature
252 HP, 236 Atk, 12 Def, 8 Spe
- Bullet Punch
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Explosion

As for your Jolteon, depends on which role you want it to perform.


Another thing, don't just put 6 Pokemon together and let them be, you need synergy as well.

Venusaur is a good Pokemon depending on what set you'd use.
As for Dragonite, Mence outclasses it in every way, unless you use it for an Anti Lead, and even then you'd need a Naive nature.

Use Thunder Fang > Reversal, since it does nothing for you.
