the only other thing I can think of is the Arceus event

if you put an Arceus in the first slot of your party, and no other pokemon (just arceus) and go to the Ruins of Alph research center (the modern building) a series of events happens and you get to pick one of the 3 DP, Pt legendaries at level 1

i suggest Giratina, as the Griseous orb can't be traded

well, what game are you playing?

if you are playing Diamond or Pearl, then you can (except celebi) but otherwise I have no idea

In DP, go to celestic town and read a book the old lady has (that gives you one legendary)

also, i don't have wi-fi, but if you post a thread in the Wi-fi section of the forums, you should be able to get their trades (sorry!)
