I thought you'd react similar to that if Byakuya hugged you! :) For the expression you mentioned, I felt it was similar to an anime character clasping their hands together, and having hearts for eyes instead, being infatuated with/dazzled by whatever they're looking at. But that facial expression would probably detract from the real meaning of the spoken word... I guess some languages capture emotion better than others...
I'm glad I remembered Byakuya's personality correctly! In a way, he is similar to Itachi, though. *glances at your avatar*
A forbidden love concept would be interesting to explore in Bleach (just don't let your higher-ups find out! ;)). I didn't know Byakuya had a wife either. (he's that old?! I mean, he looks adult, but not old enough to have been married, IMO.)
And despite Byakuya having a wife, I think he'd be a stranger to love at first, seeing as he doesn't talk much and probably wouldn't express his concerns/love adequately as the relationship started out. But it would be a sight to see when you melt the heart of someone as serious/quiet/deadly as him! It's kind of hard to imagine how such serious people would act like in a relationship, though...
Do you know if Byakuya has any friends beside Renji Abarai? (from what I recall, Byakuya was partners with Renji when tracking down Ichigo...and I think Rukia was adopted into his family [as his adopted sister? Idk]. And he's never looked at Rukia in the eye or something since the adoption...)
*sighs* Hopefully, I can resume watching Naruto, Bleach, and other anime as the days grow shorter and summer vacation grows closer. :D Anyway, have a good Memorial Day!
P.S. Just asking, do you think a store receipt is actually better than the Naruto franchise? That's what someone said when they negative-repped me about liking Naruto... IMO, I don't think so. But a store receipt could be better than post-Konoha defection Sasuke (or Saucey), that's for sure! Pre-defection Sasuke is OK... But post-defection Saucey gets on my nerves! :cer_pissed: As far as I know, he's just drawing out the plot of retrieving him...
