you got it all wrong. I saw it in a pokemon guide. I saw that a certain pokemon's evs were best at 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe. I dont know what that means.

I chose Piplup because... I don't really know, I just did.

What am I supposed to do when I see: 4 HP/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe Any help? Thanks in advance.
