Hey Eevee thanks for the offer I was trying to EV them without the Pokerus not the Power Items lol, I have Pokerus but I do not like how it looks on Shinies, Thats why I asked you if can do it with wings and Vitamins for me, I have an Adamant Eevee for you Flawless to train for me too and you get a copy of it too, Its perfect for Umbreon builds :) With Payback :)
