There are several files you have to alter to add moves, I'll list them when I have more time, but changing move animations for existing moves is not quite something I'm certain I'm I'm wholly familiar with.

I'm on the case, but this one could be difficult.

Hm. That's odd. I'll have to try to figure out how "SFX_1f_67" and "DisplayBattleMenu" are connected to a Pokémon's name.

To change the Pokémon's name, look for it in "text/monster_names.asm". To change the Pokémon's type(s), go to "data/baseStats" and look for the Pokémon whose type(s) you want to change.

ETA: For some reason they're not showing up for me. Are you sure you got the permissions set correctly? Perhaps it might be a good idea to use the link generated via sharing the file?

Changing the text file has nothing to do with those errors so obviously something else went wrong along tge way and I'm not sure what to tell you. I'm sorry.

Tell me exactly what you did and what it told you when you tried to build.

If you edited his name in the list and built the rom again, it would change. If it didn't, then you didn't do it.

You have to build the rom each time you change something for the changes to take effect.

Pokemon names are in the text folder. Their types are in their baseStats data (data/baseStats) and moves are in data/evos_moves.asm. No offense but did you look for any of this before asking?
