I'm glad that there's a Safari Zone in Johto, but it doesn't mean that there won't be one in Kanto. I'm thinking that pre-Elite Four/some other activity, it'll just have rarer Johto Pokemon not found anywhere else. But post-Elite Four, like the Great Marsh, will bring in other world Pokemon.
