oh! I forgot to mention the tree climbing!
Up until this year, I had the undisputed record for climbing to the highest point in our tallest tree in the "forest" (about 3 stories high IMO)
This year, my record was beaten by my cousin in Queensland :(
but then I equalised with him :D
then he beat me again (he got so high, that the branches sagged nearly broke under his weight, and he's 5 years younger than me)
I'm never gonna beat that record, but oh well! I guess it's just another indication that my childhood is coming to and end...

Thanks. I haven't really told anybody, but i have a small crush on someone at school. I don't know that much about her. But i recently found out she dosen't live far from here.

as for a CTF game, you ever seen the ones on video games (UT and COD are examples off the top of my head) where each team has one "flag" and team x has to take team y's flag back to team x's base in order to score points? well it was kinda like that, except the rules were kinda hazy... we really just ran around the "forest" (we have a forestlike area in our place at Katoomba, it's a big place) playing a game of tag :P

but that was just one aspect of the holiday, we had the giant egg hunt, which wasn't really a "hunt" considering there were so many eggs XD
