Saw your post and just wanted to say: Zorua is a gift Pokemon in the new Black 2 and White 2 games. It is N's Zorua and as such will have N's trainer ID, and will be on level 25. No wi-fi connection needed, as it is given to you by one of Plasma's Sages after completing a certain point in the game, which will be relatively early.
