I won every cool contest with my Plusle. It has an electric-only move-set and I think (not sure) that every electric attack is considered "cool". Anyway juste telling you what I used for the cool contests =)

I'd pick Beautifly because it looks gorgeous But I agree with King Tyranitar, poison bug is a better choice cause they got to be stronger. Anyway, just catch both and voilà everyone's happy =)
