I'm worried that if I make those changes you suggested, Salamence (any variant) would walk all over me. Mixed Draco Meteor 2HKO's Vaporeon, and all I can do is revenge kill it. Consecutive hits are gonna hurt...a lot. Yache Dragon Dancer can set up on Vaporeon and just rip the rest of my team into pieces. You know...a Specs Vaporeon sounds decent.
