Interesting, so only roughly 1384 people can lay claims... 692x12=8304 (number of total pokemon multiplied by claims allowed per pokemon) 8304 devided by 6= 1384 (total claims devided by max number of claims per person) Of course, that's non-including the people who don't lay the max amounts...
