When you dont check your pokemon on GTS for a while, It will run away. I do not think this is a glitch because this happened to my friends multiple times with pokemon like Unknown, tediursa, gligar and even a Palkia. Its happened to me before with a magikarp for a test.

Cool lol. Hmm well even though its shiny it wont probably be a shiny. The only way to breed a shiny with a 100 precent possibility is to get two shiny pokemon then breed them together. ......Huh? =3
