No you can use the IV calc for any level, but the higher the level the more accurate the reading and at level 100 it is 100% accurate. Do you have a Bold Ditto?? 'Cause I could check it and see what the IV's are like.

What an IV battle is is you do a level 100 battle but instead of actually battling all you do is check your Pokemon's stats and put them through this http://www.serebii.net/games/iv-calcdp.shtml

I can show you how to get your IV's no problem. Really what I need is a Bold Ditto with that spread. But yea, if you want to check your IV's the easiest way is to IV battle.
