    I'm fairly certain it's used to evolve Eevee into the data form, just let it hold the item.

    Missigno only shows up if you cheated using programs like Cheat Engine, so no, you'd have to start all over again if you want to get rid of it.

    It appears all the Alolan forms are bugged, they have the wrong cries and the stats gained are also switched.

    So, bug report: my alolan vulpix is another pokemon now apparently? The cry is different and the stats are screwed up, also, fishing does nothing, even if you manage to hit the bars.
