So my average delay is 14 seconds, 505. I'm trying to get 20:57:14, so I've been trying again and again to hit it xD It's not working according to Elm... I'll try one more time 2 seconds earlier this time :P

Uhm, not really :P So I can't just soft reset when the games time turns but I have to do it when then clock does?

Just a quick question that I thought of that might have been affecting my delay time. What is the point of synching the DS to an external clock when I could just be using the Poke____ in the game itself as a time? Does the Synched time have to be the AUCTUAL time?

Okay, so after a while of experiementing, I found a frame of 3... I'm stuck at the Search Elm part and this might be because of the roamers. I have Raiku and Latias that keep on changing spots every time I save :P Is it just better to kill them off/capture them so they aren't as annoying?

Just wanted to thank you again :) I've found my delay pretty quickly (40 minutes) and I'll be trying to get the shiny egg soon, tonight hopefully :)
