no, it's all based on luck. the rarest i've found is female combee. no heracross or munchlax. GL with munchlax and cresselia!

ummm... no. It's number 492 in the pokedex, after darkrai. it will be featured in the next movie, which I guess we will have it called Giratina's Wrath! or Shaymin's Sky Bouquet! There will be a toys r us event, I have that one, only it's the japanese movie one, and then there's the WiFi one, which will probably be next year after the darkrai event.

to get to fullmoon island, go to canalave and go into the sailor's house. then talk to the son who talks about darkrai, then talk to the mom. go outside and talk to the sailer and he takes you there. Good luck with cresselia!
