This game has had it's last update last month. There will be no Abilities, forgettable HM moves, or anything else in a modern Pokemon game.

Of course it is. Just have a look at some of the trainers in this hack using double team on their Pokémon. Honestly, this 10 year old hack should just be long forgotten. If you want to play a "Kaizo" hack, just play Blue or Emerald instead. At least you can buy Master Balls and Rare Candies in...
