how do you make gen 1-5 evolve at every level? my randomizer i use universal pokemon randomizer ZX v4.2.1 if anyone knows please help.

Um where can i get more title sets? i really need the snow/winter,desert,etc theme. plus the ones that has a pokemon center/routes,tree,houses for the winter theme because google isnt telling me
