When people online or even eBay advertise a 151/150 card deck are they a mix of any expansion (fossil, jungle, etc.) as long as it's all 151 Pokemon? Or is it a pre defined set of cards? I might not be explaining this in the best way lol :/

So I don't remember correctly as to what the set 151/150 includes, I understand Mew was added for the 151 but not exactly what set 150 is. Does it include: Base Set 1 + Fossil & Jungle (Minus Duplicates)? (Tried a quick search and could not find anything useful) Thank you, Jon
