Maybe we could find a way to contact niantic and pokemon and tell them it should be in a future update

From what I learned in pokemon go, when evolving an eevee, it's random and we get no say in it. I think there should be a way we can control what it becomes maybe via an added item to the game Tht u acquire at stops or maybe something location wise or even just picking. Idk if anyone agrees...
