No converter is needed. Your need a gba emulater and the game patched. It should work fine, if not upgrade to Gen-D2(works w/ all games on that firmware)

If someone builds a wifi center for that certain emulater ur using to run the rom and if they have wifi also then it should work like n intendos :D Only problem is we need someone to make that network :(

I say to try patching it on a different rom and try again. Iit still continues to happen then update the card or the ips could be bad. Pokemon Crono Never loads on DS/PSP/or mac/Pc and i gave up on it cuz its not even worth it. Try dowloading a already patched game from megaupload or look up...
