They actually tell you the controls and allow you to save on the menu which is esc.
Walk with WASD, jump with space, your bag is I, and mouse for various things like camera movement.

At any rate, Minecraft is 9.95 Euros. when I bought it I was charged 14-something USD, so I think it's more or less dynamic for non-Euro-users.
