They won't make remakes of RSE until they make a new system. It isn't difficult to get pokemon from those games now, and it won't be until DS-lite is obsolete. I don't see the demand for remakes of those like there was for RB and GS either, probably because the games themselves aren't as good...

Id go with staravia simply because it evolves and actually becomes competant at battling. This is not true of tropius, whou is useful as an HM slave and thats about it. As far as battling goes it is the definition of suck.

I do it occasionally, Its fun because you never have any idea what your opponent is going to be using sincce it is so easy to get lvl ones. For extra fun try lvl 1 metronome battles, the only move you can use is metronome. Shinanigans ensue. Edit. Dragon rage is dominant

All those stats don't make much of a difference when salamence gets to attack first and 0HKOs it

As long as you didn't pick charmander you should be able to take out brock in 2 moves. Erica at least takes 3.
