    When I open Overworld Editor Rebirth Edition and load a ROM it says: Error 9 (SubScript out of range) in procedure LoadSpriteStructure of frmOverworldEditor And when I do anything there it says: Error 63 (Bad record number) in procedure LoadSpriteStructure of frmOverworldEditor

    So lately, I'v been trying to make ROM hacks. It's not working well because the only programs that actually run smoothly on my computer are XSE and A-Map. And before you ask, I have Windows 7. I don't know if I download programs from the wrong place or the wrong time, but I need some help...
