I don't think Sada, Turo, or Nemona are the bad guys. What I suppose is that we are going to see a temporal paradox, with time travel and so on. Koraidon, Miraidon, Sada and Turo came from their respective times to stop whatever the antagonistic purpose is in the story. That's my opinion...
