    Another option for Swampert is Roar. you can use it over protect to PHaze set-up sweepers, like Jolly DDGyara which kinda gives trouble to your team after it DDs.

    you or your partner? Thats a tie for both of us because we can ExtremeSpeed. we both share the same speed as well when we dont ExtremeSpeed. but he got a better Stamina than me .....

    Lets say Im using an Ingrained Smeargle with Mist around it whie it has +2 in its speed, can the opposing pokemon eliminate the +2 in smeargle's speed with Haze ?

    Your Venusaur is a Swords Dancer and it needs Sleep Powder to raise its Attack at high levels, you can give Roar to Blastoise over Ice Beam.

    Doesnt Scizor ALWAYS OHKO Gengar with Bullet Punch ? Gengar can only be able to kill scizor on the switch. you can replace Bug Bite, as you REALLY need Superpower to kill steels and Magnezone on the switch.

    You just VMed me that you're confused on which bulky water do you want to choose, well seeing that Milotic is another sleep inducer along with Venusaur then you dont need another sleep inducer because of Sleep Clause, so you will definitely choose Blastoise as it will help you to remove entry...

    I guess people began using Jolly as Adamant became more common I guess ... though im not sure with it because long time I havent used DD Gyara =/.

    Seriously you need Naive > Timid on Heatran and shift those 4 HP EVs to Attack to make Explosion stronger, and Hidden Power Grass/Ice > Hidden Power Electric as it is useless and Jolly Gyara will lol at it before it attempts to KO it.
