I need some pokerus so I can EV train quicker. I have access to mostly any pokemon. Just name what you are looking for.

1. Using a Lvl. Sneasel W/ Power Bracer and so I send him out (He has pokerus too), then I don't attack with him but immediately switch out for another pokemon and take it down. The pokemon adds + 2 for speed. Would it be 2 (2+4) = 12 EVs per battle? 2. How can I get my pokemon infected with...

It's pointless without ice punch. :/ Urm...I don't see how trading a "shiny" legendary is worth trading for a normal legendary... I don't need masterballs.
