    I am new here and I collect the old style of pokemon cards. I would really be interested in purchasing a 1st edition charizard that is on center. It doesn't need to be the best condition.

    Lugia Neo Genesis Card question

    I have a Lugia card from this series but the foil comes off the portrait as well is this normal or is it a misprint? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I took a picture but the image is hard to see the foil on the other parts. It is a lot easier to see in real life...
