on spiritomb you could run a curse pain splitter, will o wisp, destiny bond or straight out attacker, all would work well. It is all up to preference, do you want offence or residual damage.
I think either or will work fine, your ice team has a bit more offence to it than the dark team but each carry equally powerful threats in ttar and weavile. In an in game aspect though, dark is probably the way to go because of the better typing you get with the resistances and and only two...
glaceon: blizzard>hail.
On weavile, swords dance would probably be better over agility considering that no one really has many pokemon that have base speed stats of over 115 and also you have priority in ice shard so +2 speed would be useless. Also, brick break/low kick>fury swipes to hit...
leech seed would be kind of useless on a pokemon that frail imo. The whole idea of that set is to take advantage of mischievous heart with priority on sub, encore and taunt. But honestly, erfuun is really stupid and kind of pointless. Really, its main goal is to force out their SR/spikes leads...
Mixnite is probably your best option.

First of all, gengar is incredibly frail so ev'ing it to the max will barely do anything to its defences. It will still die to common attacks like pursuit and shadow ball that are super effective on it. Second of all, mismagius works much better as a perish trapper due to its better bulk. You...

toxic/SR support is probably your best option. It is basically an inferior hippowdon, but as Zaroas said it is probably best used with sandstorm to get weather damage along with toxic damage.
You could also use substitute on that set. perhaps for the 4th move slot. Most people usually switch out when they see jaroda so it will give you a chance to set up a free sub. Also mega drain works great in combination with it.
You have a HUGE weakness to swords dance lucario. Use mamobanou as a counter.

this pokemon is really good at taking a hit and very annoying tbh.
No, he will not lose EV's because he has already gained them. Once they are gained the ONLY way to lose them is by using special berries. Hope this helps!
First of all, don't use typhlosion as a lead as it gets beat by just about errything(yes i said errything), if you are looking for an offensive lead use lead ape.
