Cirrus

Cirrus is a guy who likes to procrastinate. The quality of his work is usually pretty good, but the lack of time management skills has led him to believe that teleportation should be researched as soon as possible as a technology so that he wouldn't have to waste time getting to places. He dreams of one day owning a helicopter to fly above all the traffic, thus becoming able to commute without being affected by rush hour or transit service delays.
