Unfortunately no, my first shiny was a Machop in HGSS, but I deleted the file it was on about 7 years ago.

I'm hoping for a more Stadium type game. Showdown already exists for people that want an accurate battling simulator, but there's a huge space for essentially a Pokemon party game where people can play minigames and battle without having to go through a 20hr+ main story.

Me as well, I'd always watch videos surrounding them on YouTube, but most of the games I had weren't that glitchy, and the glitches they did have were too hard for me to pull off.

I'm in a pretty similar situation, I can guess 95% of Gen 4-5 cries fairly easily, probably around 50-60% of Gen 6-7 cries, and not much higher than chance for the gens above that.

I think all games should have demos, Pokemon included. It probably wouldn't make me any more or less likely to buy the games though, the trailers and reviews usually already give me a good idea of what to expect.

I don't care at all, working around the random variation in abilities is part of the fun to me, and the main story isn't hard enough in any Pokemon games to require much optimization.

I've never used it, I find the interface incredibly confusing and Google fulfills all my image needs just fine.

Disagree, it's an accurate description, and I wouldn't say people morally blame invasive species for being in their new environments. Healers are usually the least fun playstyle in JRPGs.

I think people should just stop fighting, so why isn't there world peace? Cassette, video tape, DVD, it doesn't matter to me.
