Agree, unless you physically cannot do it, like if you have a disability or injury that makes it difficult/impossible.

If you aren't able to poke fun at yourself then you shouldn't go making fun of others.

Agree, only making fun of others can come off as mean-spirited instead of funny. I'll also add that you shouldn't dish it out if you can't take it yourself.
