Usually once you've trained a certain pokemon to level... 70-75? You can beat the Elite Four with just that one pokemon. If you give that Pokemon a Lucky Egg to hold, level 100 doesn't take much longer from then on. :] Routes 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, and the big ol' bit of grass just past...
