Zel, day and night is not pssible AT ALL, the reason is FR runs on a circuit board, and for you to try and implement day and night you would need to change it into a internal clock board which is to much work,even for you. Also the night time I discovered while hacking is a weather condition...

I am Sorry, but this statment really doesn't mean anything at all. Pokemon.com is maintained by people paid to do it by being given press releases and stuff to rewrite. These people know very, very little more than we do at any given time so this is merely an opinion by one of the writers...

Say I am making a legendary pokemon battle, how do I make it so that it will always appear shiny. What tools should I use.

I have got it, you know how they do legendarys,well you are going to have to do the same for the gyarados,but you are going to need to do modifications like look into the gyarados data and change it so it will be a shiny, if I recall, its an encounter flag in the pokemon data.
