I was thinking that you get an hm after you defeat the final five, that allows you to go to a tower behind the building. or maybe just a key.

after you defeat the final five, the cops burst in, and from that point onward you can challenge the elite four, and your rival.

I was going to change the look of the gyms, make them "headquarters" or "hideouts", something along those lines.

I think I can create a list that'll let you do that, but an Item that does that isn't possible. having one that will warp you there is, but it can't bring you back. maybe if we used it at a certain place, and attach a warp there.

so, the lati's are being held prisoner, you free them and they fly off. later in the game, your out of options, and the lati's show you a place to go, but you can only get there by flying(another city), where you battle one at level 30, and then find the other at southern Island, level 40. sound good?

leaf green as a venauser where the charizard would be at the title screen, the flames are razor leaf, some of the offsets and pointers are different, and the location&rarity of some pokémon changes.
and more noticeable, some pokédex descriptions change, and the form of deoxys changes.

groudon shall be at the center of the earth. kyogre is at the ocean bottom, and rayquaza is in the clouds somewhere(I have an event planned for him).

mew is in a jungle. mewtwo is at a stadium, where you must have mew to gain access to.
the scientist who creates mewthree is the same scientist who created mewtwo.

ho-oh and lugia shall both be found in the cave they are in(emerald, fire red, and leaf green all have the cave, but I can't remember the name).

celibi shall be at a shrine(call it "time shrine" or something, I'm not sure), when you have the time flute.

jirachi will be in an event that revolves around a shooting star.

deoxys is replaced by mewthree.

he's not walking on water, he can get a surf board.

the reason mewtwo was bigger, was because of his human DNA, so mewthree, having less human DNA, should be closer two mew's size, should it not?

also, that looks the same as mewtwo, but with a different head.

maybe not a legendary, let's work with something rare, or powerful, but we shouldn't start off with a legendary.(thought occurred just before posting, how about a beldum, that when you get it back, it's a metacross?)

we could have it taken away by team rocket(or equivalent), and you go on a quest to defeat the 8 admins/decipals/whatever of the group, and we replace the elite four with the headquarters.

also, I'm not hacking gold, I'm hacking leaf green, and I've already started some maps, and a few scripts, but they'll have to be redone, I'm only up to the second town, so I might as well start fresh.

yeah good idea but in NFS Most Wanted the story is your car gets broken in the middle of the race and the guy takes and wins your BMW and gets Number one with it and after you finish the game you get your BMW back, so yeah you're right insted of the gym leader we could do that and make the blacklist. so the trainer should have a legendary at first and the a guy takes it away from you and when the game is done you the legendary back!

so we replace the gyms and the leaders with these special trainers, and you have to earn a token from each of them(what will replace the badges), in order to complete the main story line,right(I don't play need for speed).from there, your idea with palkia and dialga would work, but I'm not going to add them.let's do it with mew and mewtwo, and the new pokémon is mewthree(instead of combining the DNA with the fossil regenerator, we'll combine there soul force in this cave).

actually, that would be more of a dp hack, I'm going for a gba game. I was planning it revolve around the scientific elements(both old science, and new science), and only one new pokémon, mewthree. I was going to have the guy who does the fossils mix the DNA of mew, and mewtwo(if you capture them both) and have him give you mewthree. but that's near the end. I was looking for a graduation type thing, in the beginning, and you get your choive of starter as a graduation gift. thoughts?
