Dialga get better design. But Palkia is still better, weakness against Earthquake screw Dialga up really bad.

I suppose red is for Pokemon that can be found on tall grass, blue can be found on water/pool/ocean or fishing. Don't quote me on that though, I am not sure. Edit: Wait...that's not it. Most blue Pokemon are found on grass. Perhaps red = very rare Pokemon? Because Feebas is on red...

Mt.Coronet, Foggy Area, Fishing. Good luck finding it, because I had a hard time myself. Volkner is in light house, so go check it and he will come back to his gym. He specializes in electric Pokemon, bring some good ground Pokemon and you can totally shut him down.

If it's something like Blissey, I'd max its HP and sp.def. For Dusknoir, I'll max out its defense and sp.defense, In other word, it depends on Pokemon, but I'll max out HP first if it has equal HP and defense(Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, etc.).

You could always use move re-learner if you want it back. You won't need Quick Attack, it has much better stuff going for it.

I think he's one of the most unique Pokemon out there. I have one and it owns, although it's an attacking one.

Unlike you dislike having a strong Pokemon, I suggest evolve now. It won't make much difference, he learns Calm Mind instead of Roleplay at level 34, and Calm Mind > Roleplay. So, evolve now.
