battle shinx and capture it. a good electric type early on in the pokemon games is a rare thing. i personally wouldn't pass it up.

I say we train our pokemon. We can easily catch much better pokemon later on and our pokemon is strong enough to take alot down with just the help of a few backup potions.

Water Gun. If you waste your time on Water Sport they get a free hit in. That free hit could kill you. Tackle lacks the STAB so it's not likely to finish your opponent off.
