Well, as for Mew, ask CBM directly - I found a Mew in my game so I got mine legit, but if you get Mewtwo instead, I guess there shouldn't be any reason why you can't trade a Mewglitch Mew across. Kangaskhan IS in the Safari Zone, though I never found one myself (I traded one I already had from a Gen II file)
