I don't think this is the right place to be asking that question... However, GBA ROMs don't have that much space in them, maybe it could happen if someone figures it out how to do it in the future, but currently, it's not possible.

Make sure you have patched it to a clean FireRed v1.0 ROM. Also do not patch over older patched versions, and make sure to not use the older save files from previous versions.

Yes, this problem has been fixed in the English version of Light Platinum.

I really think that Wesley should say something here, because all I see is one side make a clean translation(which I support because it preserves all of Wesley's hard work and originality) and the other side adding all these other features and changing up the story a bit. Well it's my choice...

I think it is one of the tools I downloaded. I just need to know the name of the tool. As donavannj said, there was a tool released that edits the host file. I think that is what has happened.
